Lineups: Gio Looks To Stop Skid

Taking their fourth consecutive loss last night, the Nats dropped to .500 at 23-23. With Atlanta’s fourth straight win, the Braves now hold a 4.5 game lead in the division, and the Nationals are just a game ahead of the Phillies in third place. Today, the team will turn to Gio Gonzalez (3-2, 4.01) to right the ship and finish their road trip with a win. Gio threw 6.2 innings and allowed just two runs in the Nats’ 6-5 extra-inning win in San Diego, which was their last win. The Giants’ starter, Madison Bumgarner, has good season stats with a 4-2 record and 3.09 ERA, but allowed seven runs in 4.2 innings in his last start against Colorado. Here are today’s lineups:
