Haren Faces Brewers After First Win In Eleven Starts

Dan Haren had the worst ERA in baseball among qualifying starters before going on the disabled list, but has rebounded significantly since returning. He reportedly adjusted his repertoire, and now has a 3.13 ERA in four starts since coming back. In his most recent one, he allowed just one run on three hits in seven innings, earning his first win and the first Nats win in a Haren start since May 9th. The veracity of his return will be tested again tonight, albeit against a relatively weak Brewers offense. The Brewers will counter with Donovan Hand, who is 0-2 with a 3.56 ERA.
