Bryce Harper and Anthony Rendon: Back to School

The MLB and Stand Up 2 Cancer partnership is something special and is a great thing for the sports world as a whole. As a partnership the MLB held an auction listing many items that people could bid on and win and the money would go to Stand Up 2 Cancer. One of those items was for Bryce Harper and Anthony Rendon to attend the winners school. How much would you bid for that to happen?

Well, someone won the auction by bidding $9,126. So Bryce Harper and Anthony Rendon could be attending a school near you, very soon. This was also the highest bid of any item in the auction.

The Nationals do some great things around the community and this just adds to it.

Bryce Harper and Anthony Rendon will be making one kids day at school the best he/she will ever have. Their classmates will also be very excited. I just wonder how old the student is, and if any of the classmates will even know who the players are. Some young kids don’t follow baseball like older kids. I do believe, however old the child is, they will know who Bryce Harper is, Anthony Rendon, probably not so much.

None the less this is a great cause and it is exciting to see the Nationals getting involved in any way possible.

Good luck Bryce and Anthony on going back to school, hope you enjoy it!
