The Holidays are a great time to get into that mode where you wish to spend time with your family. Others use this time of year to reflect on where they are in life, and through deep channeling establish career and life goals for the coming year. Nationals’ fans, especially those Rough Riders, out there need to be visiting Teddy Never Wins for some holiday gift ideas.

The Southern Maryland Blue Crabs are an independent minor league baseball team playing in the Atlantic League. The team is hosting their version of breakfast with Santa on Saturday December 18, 2010 from 8:30a until 12pm. Pinch, the team’s mascot will be sporting the beard and offering pictures with the kids. It will only cost you 6 dollars per person at the door, and you can leave holding a picture of your kid with Santa Claws. Unfortunately I could not find any events hosted by the Nationals, but the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs offer a great event. Remember when the Nationals are on the road you can always check out the Blue Crabs. You will also receive a ticket voucher for the July 23rd Blue Crabs game against the Somerset Patriots with the purchase of a ticket to the breakfast with Santa Claws event.
Need a goal to set for the New Year, how about being present for the debut of Bryce Harper in Hagerstown. Bryce Harper is expected to make his home debut on April 15thfor the Hagerstown Suns. Single tickets are only available the day before the game, or you can purchase in advance the minimum hub city sampler that includes a total of seven home games. Harper has created such a buzz that the local media is dubbing his arrival Harpertown, so Rough Riders your attendance for this historic moment is a great goal to have for 2011.
