Want To Win Tickets To See The Nationals On Opening Day?

Opening Day across Major League Baseball is quickly approaching and baseball fans everywhere are anxiously awaited the day they can see their teams play their first home games. Attending an Opening Day game is something that should be on every fan’s bucket list – as it’s an unbelievable experience (I’ve been to one Opening Day, 2004 in Boston) to be able to witness the fanfare and festivities in person as the team celebrates the season ahead.

The Nationals’ home opener is slated for Thursday, April 12th against the Cincinnati Reds.

Want to go?

That’s right, District on Deck and TiqIQ have partnered together to present a unique opportunity to one lucky fan. This is your chance to win – with absolutely no strings attached – a pair of tickets to see the Nationals take on the Reds at Nationals Park on Opening Day.

To enter there are three simple things you need to do.

First, head on over to Facebook and “like” our DoD page.

Second, “like” TiqIQ’s Facebook page.

Third, post on TiqIQ’s wall your prediction for which National will have the team’s highest batting average (the player must have a minimum of 50 ABs during ST). For an example, the posts should look as follows: “District on Deck, Ryan Zimmerman, .357”.

Pretty simple, huh?

Follow those steps. Tell your friends. Spread the word. The more people to enter the contest, the better the seats will be. TiqIQ has agreed to make the value of the tickets match the number of entries for the contest (with a maximum of $500).

Entries must be submitted no later than 3:00 PM EST on Friday, March 23rd. TiqIQ will be selecting and notifying winners between April 1st and April 3rd.

We’ll occasionally bring you some additional offers and deals, courtesy of our new partnership with TiqIQ, as the season progresses which will give you, our audience and fans of the Nationals, some great opportunities to see the team live and in person. Available tickets can always be found through using this link, which we’ll find a central location for to make it always accessible for you guys.

Best of luck! We’re looking forward to seeing all of your upcoming predictions.
