The Washington Nationals defeated the Miami Marlins 4-2 on Opening Day.  We take a look at three key takeaways from the game.

Everything that happened on Monday, good and bad, is a possible precursor of what’s to come this season.  If the Nats play like they did on Opening Day every game, they will finish 162-0!  Okay, maybe that is not very realistic.  But all jokes aside, if the Nats play can keep up their great performance from Monday, it will be a successful season, and should be a lot of fun to watch.

In honor of a great start to the 2017 season, we take a look at three main takeaways from Opening Day.
