Lord Commander of the Kings/Queensguard: Jayson Werth

“Your Grace, the Kingsguard is a sworn brotherhood.  Our vows are taken for life.  Only death relieves us of our sacred trust.” – Ser Barristan Selmy (S1 E8)

Who else but Jayson Werth is better suited for Lord Commander of the Kings/Queensguard?

At six foot five inches and 235 pounds, few men in the Baseball realm will look down upon Werth.

With him at the King or Queen’s side in the throne room, the intimidation factor is at a 100.  Who would dare step up and challenge the King or Queen when they see Werth standing beside them?

Additionally, if one needs a champion for a trial by combat, I can think of no better man than Werth.  His fighting words on the battlefield are unmatched by anyone in the realm.

This choice was the easiest.  I want Werth my by side if I were King, and you probably would too.

Now, last but certainly not least, is the most important position on the small council: The Hand of the King or Queen.
