Max Scherzer has it all.
The intimidation factor? Check. He is as fierce as a competitor as anybody in the realm. When he represents the King or Queen at various events, everybody will know Scherzer means business.
He is also knowledgable. He is a 12-year veteran, Scherzer knows the realm inside and out. He knows people, places, and their strengths and weaknesses.
He also is the best at what he does. He is on a hall-of-fame trajectory on the field, which makes him a valuable ally in small council meetings and, in general, in an advising position.
Scherzer is universally liked and would make a perfect second in command to any ruler.
