Baseball just got harder to watch. YouTube TV announced on Tuesday that they are dropping the MLB Network from their $64.99 plan after the two parties couldn’t come to a contract renewal agreement.

YouTube TV sent out an email to their subscribers saying “We apologize for the news and will continue conversations with the MLB to advocate on your behalf, in hope of restoring their content on YouTube TV."

Keep in mind that YouTube is only dropping the MLB Network. You will still be able to watch MLB games on YouTube TV if they are nationally broadcasted on channels such as Fox, ESPN, and TBS.

Locally, you can watch Washington Nationals games still on MASN or MASN2. You can also listen along by tuning into 106.7 The Fan, as well as our twitter @DistrictOnDeck for live updates during games. We are just 23 days away from the start of Spring Training and 57 days away from Opening Day, which will feature the Atlanta Braves vs. the Washington Nationals in DC as the first game of the 2023 season.
